Analytics is optional
You can accept or reject this measurement and continue using the website and ASIS Store. Changing your preference does not affect the services you can explore.
Clarity loads only after you accept. You can withdraw your consent through preferences; if measurement was already active, the page reloads to stop it.

Information used for this measurement
Microsoft Clarity helps us review navigation, identify difficulties and improve content. When you accept analytics, it may process:
- Visits and journeys
- Pages viewed, visit duration and the source of a visit, such as a search engine or a link from another website.
- Technical information
- Browser, device and screen information, along with an approximate location derived from the connection, such as country or region.
- Interactions
- Clicks, scrolling and movement between sections. Clarity can display these through interaction maps and session reconstructions.
- Identifiers and optional cookies
- Pseudonymous identifiers may associate visits from one browser. These identifiers are not your name, but they are not the same as completely anonymous data.
This integration keeps advertising storage disabled. The information is used to assess how the website works and interest in its content.
Protecting the content you share
We do not intentionally collect phone numbers, one-time verification codes (OTP), ASIS conversations or the contents of form fields through this analytics integration. Public browsing uses content masking.
Before you enter the diagnostic, open ASIS or type a catalog search, we disable analytics in that tab. If Clarity had already been requested, the page reloads without tracking before you continue. These private areas are excluded from recordings. Public browsing, including product details, may be measured until you start a private flow.
Analytics consent is separate from the consent requested in the WhatsApp verification flow. Accepting one does not mean accepting the other.
Learn how this protection works in the Clarity masking documentation.
Who receives the information
Costa Rica Enterprise Business Solutions uses the website reports. Microsoft receives and processes the browsing information needed to provide Clarity, so accepting this analytics involves sharing that data with Microsoft.
Microsoft describes its data practices, retention and service conditions in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Clarity frequently asked questions.
This explanation covers optional browsing analytics. Information you choose to send for an enquiry or verification is handled through its corresponding process.
